**Who we are**
Ahmad Ibrahem Hamdan, trading as Novaroa ("we", "us") operates novaroa.store and is the data controller for the personal information described here.

**What we collect**
- **When you order:** your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
- **When you browse:** IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
- **When you subscribe:** your email address.
- **When you contact us:** whatever you choose to include in your message.
**Why we use it, and our legal basis**

**Who we share it with**
- **Shopify**, which hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf.
- **Our payment processors**, who handle your card details directly.
- **Our fulfilment partner and delivery carriers**, who receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver your parcel. Our fulfilment partner is based in China, outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision to keep it protected.
- **Our email platform**, if you have subscribed.
- **Analytics and advertising providers**, where you have consented to those cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
**How long we keep it**
Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
**Your rights**
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and cookie settings can be changed from the banner.
Email support@novaroa.store to make a request. We will respond within one month, free of charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
**Cookies**
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and basket to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies that only run if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
**Children**
Our store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
**Changes**
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a revised date.

## 4. Terms of Service
**1. About us**
novaroa.store is operated by Ahmad Ibrahem Hamdan, trading as Novaroa of P.O. Box 821147, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at support@novaroa.store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
**2. Orders**
Adding an item to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil your order — because of a pricing error, a stock problem, or a delivery address we cannot ship to — we will tell you and refund you in full.
**3. Prices**
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. Delivery is free and there are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery. If a price is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to sell at that price; we will contact you before doing anything.
**4. Bundle discounts**
Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless we say otherwise. If you return part of a bundle, we will refund the amount you actually paid for that item at the bundle rate.
**5. Your legal rights**
Everything we sell comes with the protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms removes or limits those rights, or your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.
**6. Using the product safely**
The steamer produces hot steam. Follow the instructions supplied with it, keep it away from children, do not direct steam at people or animals, and do not use it on garments while they are being worn. Do not immerse the unit in water.
**7. Our liability**
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are sold for domestic and private use.
**8. Site content**
The text, images and design on novaroa.store belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
**9. Complaints**
Email support@novaroa.store and we will acknowledge you within two business days and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days.
**10. Governing law**
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
